Spring Meeting and AGM
4th-5th June 2011. Helmsley, North Yorkshire
We are interested in any papers covering metallurgy in any form (archaeological, historical, scientific or practical reconstructions).
Papers on both ferrous and non-ferrous papers welcome from any place or period of time as long as they relate to:
. Royalty or High Status sites/artefacts
. Ecclesiastical or Religious sites/artefacts

This meeting will include a guided field trip to nearby Rievaulx Abbey and Helmsley Castle, with a particular focus on the production and use of metals at these sites. There will also be limited places for the trip to the
